Thanks to all who attended the inaugural Old Birkonian Society Liverpool Business Lunch and contributed to a successful afternoon of networking, reminiscing and socialising.

Organised by Will, Josh and Phil, council members of the Old Birkonian Society, who said, "Given the number of OBs across all age ranges locally, we believe that there are significant opportunities for business and social networking which have not been harnessed in recent years. Covid has put paid to a lot of face-to-face networking and, with the economic outlook uncertain, we feel that this is the right time to reinstate it for Old Birkonians in order to grow our personal and professional networks.

This, in turn, will also assist the School in reconnecting with its alumni, in providing strong career pathways for current students and, more generally, in forging stronger links with the business community. For your business it could potentially lead to a plentiful talent pool or new customers: in short, we hope it will represent a win-win situation for all parties."
