The annual Old Birkonian London Dinner on 7th November 2025 was a fantastic success.
Held in the Strangers' Dining Room at the Houses of Parliament, our thanks go to Lord Tony Hall OB for sponsoring the event, and also to all of the event organisers and servers for their hard work.
The venue was at full capacity and the largest London dinner gathering for many years. Thank you to all those who attended to make this event a memorable occasion for all.
Guests were welcomed by Birkenhead School Chair of Governors, Mark Cashin, and an after dinner speech was delivered by the Chair of the Old Birkonian Society, Will Roberts.
Several members of Birkenhead School staff, as well as a number of Old Birkonian Society Council representatives were present, and it was wonderful to see a more significant mix in ages and genders attending, and hope that this will be replicated at future events.
