Dear Upper Sixth Students,

You are warmly invited to attend this year’s Leavers’ Ball 2024 to celebrate the end of our time at Birkenhead School.

DATE: Saturday 6th July 2024

TIME: 7pm – 12pm

VENUE: Thornton Hall Hotel, Neston Road, CH63 1JF

COST: £50

DRESS: Black Tie

There will also be a pre-event kindly hosted by the Southworth family from 5pm, that you are most welcome to attend. Transport between the venues TBC.

If you would like to attend, please book either 1 or 2 tickets (if you would like to bring a guest not in Birkenhead School’s U6) by Friday 7th June 2024 at the latest.

ID will be required for those wishing to purchase alcohol and a reminder that it is illegal to buy alcohol for someone who is under-age. A certain number of drinks will be provided as part of the ticket price, if you wish to purchase additional drinks there will be a cashless bar available. Alcohol from outside the venue will not be permitted. A buffet will also be offered.
